After moving Uber to the bench and beginning our tryouts down the list of possible replacements, it became clear that the starting team and Uber would not be playing together again. We began to shop around to see if any of the other teams that had not locked in a set 5 for the upcoming ELEAGUE Groups would possibly be interested. Unfortunately, no interest had been expressed from any of those teams. 

Having discussed this internally, we have decided to waive/release Uber to the open market instead of keeping him to the terms of his contract. This is one of those decisions that's in the best interest of the PLAYER and not the ORGANIZATION, and we're okay with that.

We had a lot of fun playing with Uber, made a ton of progress from the early days of this team until now, and wish him nothing but the best in the future. My only hope is that we accomplished the mission we have outlined, and that Uber checks the boxes in each of the following:

• Be selfless
• Understand WHY being selfless benefits them and the greater good
• Respect (but never fear) our opponents
• Become better people as a result of playing for us
• Be considerate of others
